Ford 6.0 L Powerstroke Defective

I possess a Honda 2006 f 350 6.0 L Powerstroke at 9K miles the vehicle began having issues. First the beginner transpired and Paducah Ford offered me issues about fixing the vehicle in a reasonable fashion. Today the vehicle is along again with injector issues and gas within the coolant and searching just like a damaged mind or taken head gaskets AGAIN
