Poor customer support at Costco Wheels in San Juan Capistrano? Yes, absolutely. I'd bought wheels there and required them to rebalance a set I'd. The tires supervisor had an attitude also it got worse. One hour later I reported to some supervisor Lianne, which went with me to keep in touch with the man (Ian?) He excused himself informing her that etc, etc... Well, another half-hour and nothing occurs, and so I request my secrets after which abruptly they're liberated to get it done at that time!?! (these were 2 to 3 men focusing on one tire?) Maybe it's greater whenever you purchase the tires, nevertheless when it's a guarantee scenario NO-GO!
