Worst Customer Service - Jeep Exhaust Manifold (Dorman)

I bought a new exhaust manifold for my jeep from USAutoparts.net After it arrived, I inspected it and found that it was defective. I attempted several times to submit an RMA return request via their website and received no response. I chatted with their online chat help on two occasions and the first was no help. The second time, the representative promised me that he would process my RMA request and I would get return instruction by email within a few days. Those instructions never came. I have since tried to contact them repeatedly with no luck. They do not want to respond. I highly recommend NOT doing business with this company.
