Broken furniture

We believed we were coping with a reliable mover, they did not appear with these were employed to do this, their vehicle smashed. They needed us to hire a vehicle plus they might fill and sell. Half-way thru the packing they began worrying, therefore we informed them to fill anything plus they might abandon, we'd sell. Every furniture piece we own was possibly scratched, cracked or broken. They did not place any covers or cover on something, loaded furniture along with furniture and today they wont answer our emails.
