Pacific customs Charged my CC with bogus charges

I bought a Facet cube fuel pump online from Pacific Customs for $40. It's cute little thing for my Briggs and Stratton engine. It weighs about 6 oz. Their online reciept stated that actual shopping and handling would be added and shown on the invoice in the box. From Corona, Calif. To Phoenix, Arizona. $19.09 shipping and handling charges! A total of $59.09 was charged to my card. I looked up the retail UPS rates and found I could ship about a 30lb package to them for those charges. They RIP you OFF on shipping and hanling! Not pleasant people to deal with as they have stonewalled my demand for justice. Won't even respond.
