Will not honor warrenty

Lately as Aug. 2010 requested fresh cage engine from Scroggins Dicky for my 2000 GMC Sierra. Following a nearby repair center mounted engine, employed them before and had no issues, a significant tapping within the motor in the begin of the engine is a challenge. Many efforts to treat the issue, haven't transformed the the specific situation. And so I had the automobile taken up to the neighborhood seller, and at my expence the dealer will appear in to the issue. Just I've about $4500.00 committed to this LS6 motor and don't think I ought to be out more money to correct a cage engine. Nothing was completed internally for this engine, apart from the oil pot was transformed to suit my GMC. Today the seller wishes more money to repair an issue they state was a direct result the oil container change. The warrenty is not worth the document it had been created on, so that as a prolonged chevy lover, I will currently discover why the federal government needed to bail-out these loosers. Do not bother attempting to update your GM its not worthwhile, proceed and purchase a FORD.
