Engine Blew up after oil change and flush

I went set for my regular 3000 mile oil-change also it was immensely important that i get an engine flush aswell. I've never had just one motor issue out-of my vehicle which is perfectly looked after. Therefore i decided to receive this motor flush as recommended with no over 30 kilometers later my motor slung a-rod. I never might have regarded that flush my motor might trigger this to occur before technician in addition to two additional technicians examined my fat pot and motor and stated that the flush was completed improperly and wasn't totally washed correctly afterwards. Therefore today I'm with no working vehicle and also the organization claims that its not their issue. I'd truly like to understand how its not their issue after I haven't had motor issues or other things FAIL like this until this flush was completed...
