Refusal to complete repair of AC on my Vehilce or return money. Florida

Upon bringing the Vehicle in, I ask Mr. Finnell of Tampa Wholesale Tire the Estimated Cost of repairs.
Leaving the vehicle for 2 days, Tampa Wholesale tire contacted me, and stated that the compressor was shot and needed Replaced. Tampa Tire asked if they could use a rebuilt Compressor that comes with a 90 warranty.

Before proceeding, I accepted the use of a rebuilt compressor, after the installation of the rebuilt ac compressor.
Tamp Wholesale Tire, claimed the vehicle AC was working, after a couple days of normal in town driving the AC stopped working again.

I Returned to Tampa Wholesale Tire' and once again, they claimed that the condenser was shot, and the ac system needed flushing once again.
Tampa Wholesale Tire installed a Condenser after flushing the system again. 4 days after using the AC in normal driving to and from work in the hot sun the AC stopped working again.

I returned to Tampa Wholesale Tire to hear that the reason I am having problems is the vehicle is too old, and junk to repair the AC.
After weeks of negotiating in fixing my AC, they claimed they found the reason the AC did not work because of Two items, the systems was full of mud and metal shavings, (like it was at the first repair) causing the new rebuilt compressor to burn out, Plus the Fan motor that circulates the Air was shot and needed replacement (I don't not drive in mud or lakes for recreational use of my Vehicle).

Once more they claimed to flush the system fully, and replaced the AC fan motor, and the AC was finally repaired and fully.
5 days passed, the AC & the fan motor went out again.

On 11/29/03 I returned to try and make some arrangements with Tampa Wholesale Tire and Its manager "John" to fix repair once and for all what I originally paid $700 for.

After returning that after noon, I was told by a chief mechanic that it was a relay switch, I immediately acknowledged to replace the bad switch.
Tampa Wholesale Tire's mechanic stated that the AC bearings where whining loudly. Then he indicated that the compressor was shot again due to the mud and metal shavings needed to be flushed out of the system, and not doing so would eventually burn out the supposed 3rd replaced rebuilt compressor and condenser.

I requested it to be replaced and fixed correctly, The Store Manager John Became Very defensive & irate, and refused fixing it againstating he lost money on the labor, and once again stated, my vehicle was considered Junk that was the reason the AC repair would never work, and not worth fixing.
After a frustrating chat with Tampa Wholesale Tire's Store manager and owner Jimmy Finnell they would try for additional $400 he would again replace the rebuilt compressor and the condenser, in which charged me for and he already changed.
I inquired would this fix the problem for the last timeJohn stated he was not sure if it would

I requested my money back since after Tampa Wholesale Tires UN professional and lack of knowledge in fixing my AC on my vehicle.
Tampa Wholesale Tire's Owner Jimmy Finnell & their store manager John refused stating they lost to much labor trying to do the repairs on my junk vehicle...
My vehicle is not junk I use it daily for work and travel with no other problems except the AC doesn't work.
I since have had another certified mechanic look at my vehicles AC repairs Tampa Wholesale Tire claimed Fixing (Roy's Automotive Repair 561-615-8752) he stated it was poor workmanship and inspecting the vehicle air conditioning found numerous leaks in the system, and did not see a new condenser Tampa Wholesale tire Claimed to replace.

In closing, I have been very miserably un comfortable in driving my vehicle without AC & Ac fan and Heater/defrost, Plus have tried on several occasions to have Tampa Wholesale Tire to resolve this mechanical repair failure of theirs, only to get UN founded story's/refusals, and lots of smoke why they need more money of their original quote, to fix what they claimed would cost to repair & should have been fixed in the first place
