Price Gouging, Unnecessary Repairs

Brought my car in for an emergency brake job, Quoted me $650 to replace both rear calipers, both rear rotors and new pads.

Both calipers have been inspected by a mechanic friend of mine and were discovered to be in working order I was charged $127 for each $75 caliper, they charged me $75 for a $17 set of brake pads, and $60 for each rotor $20 rotor.
