Deceptive practices defective vehicle

I needed to buy a 2010 Ford Focus. Alternatively I had been taken up to a 2008 Emphasis. After I was signing the paperwork I had been informed it had been a 2008 Emphasis. I let that move. I noticed that the vehicle had an extended damage onto it and discovered the cd-player doesn't remove CDis. I had been informed they'd substitute it after I moved to MI. After I found its way to MI the cd-player hadn't been requested and delivered to Town Ford not surprisingly. I visited Village Ford to truly have the Disc player installed. The supervisor HAD NEVER REQUESTED the cdplayer. Like a matteroffact the guarantee info wasn't put in the pc so today Village Ford needs me to pay for $200 in advance simply because they worry Loganville Ford won't spend them. Nothing continues to be completed towards the automobile since I have bought it and it is Pre Owned Licensed plus they are not praising the guarantee.
