I used the property for parking and did pay upon my return. However someone in the office that day took his car and blocked access to my vehicle. Upon my return to pay for parking, while I approached my vehicle, a man walked out and said "I was going to tow your car". To which I responded 'Why are you blocking access to my car? Need to get money from my car. "You need pay! We take interact!" 'Sure no worries' I responded After paying (a legal transaction for services) I have the right to more my car immediately. The guy who blocked my car was nowhere to be found. I returned to the office. No one seemed to know where this guy was. After another 10 minutes he returned and moved the vehicle blocking mine. Furthermore, upon his return his rudeness and threats continued. I will inform my friends to stop doing business with this company as as a result of this experience.
1/ I was humiliated by the fact he felt the need to block my vehicle.
2/ On what grounds did I deserve his threats and rudeness?
3/ After paying for parking, why couldn't someone else move the car.
4/ The service I paid for... I didn't fully receive... in fact I got the opposite.
5/ I 'm completely unsatisfied this this company.
