Carmax Service Center Modesto commits fraud in Service Center (tire replacement)

Modesto CarMax Service Center sold us a 2005 MINI with faulty/worn run flat tires which ALL now need to be replaced after only 10k miles / 2 years of driving. They originally tried to sell us the car with regular tires but we caught that and asked for new ones. They offered to buy them for us and we would have to come back (90 miles away) to get the car OR they could just pull off NEW tires from their other MINIs on the lot. After test driving the car with the tires we complained about a pull to the left and they rebutted this as normal. We eventually gave up and just left with the car. Service manager, sales guy, technician ALL collaborated in this scheme to defraud a first time car buyer. Really amazing so DO NOT buy from this Modesto Dealership EVER. We will be filing fraud charges this week against the Service Manager and then next Corporate if they are not going to resolve it ASAP.
