National Warranty Services Rip off with too many loop holes

I have had this warranty for 16 months and paid over $1600. The first time I go to use it for the water pump on my GMC Yukon they ask me for oil change receipts. Yes it is stated in very small print that I had to maintain oil change receipts verifying that the oil was changed every 4000 miles. I service my vehicles my self every 3000. Did I keep the receipts no. My fault I can take the hit. But my question is, after being a mechanic in the Marines for 20 plus years, what does an oil change have to do with a faulty water pump??? THere is NO oil circulated through a water pump, only antifreeze. Can you say loop hole. I am ashamed that people this COuntry will rip others off in this manner. I am very disappointed that Rusty Wallace would put his name and reputation on line for these theives. I hope that this company goes down in flames. I will sit on the sidelines an laugh.
