Does and honor their web site claims

These people will not honor their policy that is stated on their web site. I ordered a transmission for my 1990 toyota celica and they shipped the wrong transmission. They did not send me the car fax as promised and lied about the mileage. When i called to tell them that they had shipped the wrong transmission and that the mileage was not what was stated and i had not not received the car fax, Dale the customer servise agent said he didn't have time for me and had other customers holding for him. They will rip you off and not do as promised or what is stated on their web site
