Bipolar Service Manager, at the beginning very nice and polite and then extremely hyper, changing moods even while calling parts suppliers (2 or 3 that he called while I was waiting), I felt sorry for whomever he was trashing over the phone while getting prices for me. Definitely stay away, I was afraid he (Steve) might jump on me because I had a question.
