NO customer service! - Sales of Recreational Vehicles

I purchased a 24 foot Four Winds Ventura RV from McMahons RV in Colton, CA. The purchase went smoothly. But once they have your money, the service department drops the ball. It has a GPS unit that is part of the Eclipse radio. The GPS unit works when removed from the radio, but doesn't work when it is attached to the radio. It was determined that the radio was defective and needed to be replaced under Warranty, since it was only one month since I purchased it. After two weeks of not hearing anything from the lady service manager, I called to ask if they had received the replacement. She said they had not. I asked if she would contact Four Winds to ask when they expected to ship it. She indicated she was busy because their sales had been good and she didn't really have time to call them. I waited another two weeks and called again. This time she said she was busy doing payroll but she would try to get time to look into it for me. It has now been one month. I called Four Winds myself and guess what? McMahons RV has never ordered a replacement! Forget about customer service at McMahons RV.
