Terrible customer service

Every time I order a part for my customers vehicle with this company there is problems, wrong parts, always late, never compensate & r definitely not true to there customers. Every time I call them to speak to there manager he is never there & never returns my calls. The sales person Dan egelle never called me once to let me know what was goin on with my part. This company is really not worth doin business with. I always have problems with them. I waited 3 weeks for a rim that was the wrong one & then I tried to do business again wit them for a rear end for a ford 350 & there sales man made sooooo many mistakes taking down the information that I gave them. They sent down 4 rearends & where all the same ones. A month later I gave up with dealing with them on this part. They are very unreliable. I tried again for the last time now. This tranny took them 2 weeks to get. They were more expensive than everybody also. I just closed my account with them, don't open a account wit them they r untrustable.
