Ripoff Stole from the Vehicle they towed, They have been physically caught stealing and still attempt to deny anything

Going to school in a college town has its ups and downs. Ups fun football weekends, Downs getting your car towed VERY frequently.

This past weekend my brother was visiting from his high school life to see what Florida State University was all about. On this trip his friends car was towed, in the car were approximately 350 cds.

The next morning he went to retrieve the car and found all 350 of his cds were gone.

I called the company who very rudely explained that their employees do not steal, so he had no idea what I was talking about. I asked his name so I could speak to his manager. He began to sarcastically spell out "P-R-O-F-E-S-S-I-O-N-A-L P-A-R-K-I-N-G S-E-R-V-I-C-E-S".

The company has failed to respond to our concerns. This has happened to SEVERAL students by this company. They have been physically caught stealing and still attempt to deny anything. PLEASE HELP! The company was formerly named "DeLoach Towing". They deny this and now go by "Professional Parking Services".
