Dealer sold me a car when it was raing very hard could'nt see untill next day when rain stop that it had horrible paint job

Bought a car from Southtowne Hundai, call next day spoke with manager about the paint job. He said dave wasn't there I complain and said I will call Clark Howard, the next day Dave said he would trade the car for two or three hundred dollars, I call to complain to another manger Dave call me back and was so ugly, said the reason I bought a car there because my credit was bad and I could bring the car back but he won't refund my money, he also stated what can Clark Howard do no one watches his show. He call as if to chastise me, My complaint is buyer beware of this company they have terrible customer service, I'm single parent on disability and fixed income and I want people to think before they buy a car at Southtowne Hundai.
