Ait and switch - unlawful containment/kidnapping

I made a deal with midway chevrolet on a car that was advertised for $5695.00 they would give me $2500.00 for my trade. When I got there I was told that the guy I dealt with on the internet was not there, but the person there ushered (by ushered I mean herded) me into the building, got the keys, ushered me out to test drive the car. We went back into the building and he comes out with this paperwork that shows the car at $8000 after factoring in my trade in. He said it was due to dealer prep. They hadn't even taken the effort to vaccum the cat hair off the seats. I told them I would think about it, and talk to my credit union. When I got up to leave, he tried to prevent me from leaving. He made a grab for my arm but I was able to twist away by losing my balance to avoid his grasp. I walked out and got in car. My brother was with me chauffering me. This salesman and another salesman walked to the drivers side of the car and blocked the door so my brother could not get in the car. I called out twice to my brother to get in the car, but they would not budge to get out of his way. We sat for about 5 minutes waiting for them to move while they tried to get me back inside to un do what they had done. We started to attract attention from other buyers so they finally backed away and let us leave. While searching for a car, I have noticed that every new car dealer in the area uses bait and switch, and various tactics to prevent you from leaving. It happenedc to me at the hundai dealer too, but they didn't try to forcible prevent me from leaving.
