Non refund of deposit

I had contracted to move with this company. When my moving plans changed i contacted dave ventura that i needed to cancel my move. I also sent him an email to this. Today when i checked my credit card statement on line there was no refund. I called today and spoke with dave ventura. When i requested to speak with person who he said could refund my $400 deposit he told me no that i had to email somebody named jimmy. When i requested that this jimmy call me i was told by dave ventura that jimmy was to busy to call me. I canceled my move with this comp on Aug 13th it is now Aug 16th and i want my deposit back. This is no way to be treated.
