Child Support

My husband has to pay child support and this company has been taking it out of his checks, but have not sent a payment to child support since the first part of June. We finally was made aware of this and had to talk to this company and then they sent the payments but then again they didnt put the case number on the checks nor my husbands name. I think that this is against the law and I think this should be looked into.
