King's Richard used cars - Chrysler 300 sale

My boyfriend and i bought a used car from Kings Richard used cars in Providence, RI. The car looked great, but on our way back home to MA we realised that brakes aren't working really well, also they could not find the second pair of keys from the car (although they might have them somewhere), the manuel was also missing... But the most important was the brakes: we tried to call them to set up the appointment and everything was in vain, we called and left messages to the owner of business and he was also ignorant. We had the worst experience dealing with such people. Do not go there, please!
