Ripoff harrassment it has been over 30 days and my car hasn't been recovered yet troy

My car was stolen. Nationwide insurance has taken harrassment to another level. Nationwide is requesting to talk to my sister who don't have anything to do with my claim.

It has been over 30 days and my car hasn't been recoverd yet i had a interview over the phone with che. And a in person interview with peggy they are asking me for documents i already submited they are really stressing me out. How can i get them off my back. I am a good customer never filed a claim they are treating me like i'm a criminal please please
