Bad business told lie over lie

I ordered a part from this place on tuesday it was promised to be there on wednesday the part didnt make it till friday i paid my money upfront for the delivery to be there no later than thursday. Well it was friday before closing before i recieved it
on top of that the part came in an all the parts were not there.
Not only that i was to have the part install on site i was told to go 30 to 35 mile out of my way to get the part install then when i get there to get part install i was told all the parts were not there. I am pissed now
i go back to the shop being as polite as i can and i am told i will have it here before i close today that less thn an hour i knew it was a lie
now im waiting i call and i was told i can it it till tues because of the holiday its now 2oclock tues i still dont have the part or my money i guess i will have to go to court
