I got in Midway Cab #64 on 7/3/10at 7th and H St. NW between 3:30 & 4:00 pm and I told the drive I was going to the 1000 block of 47th st NE. When the drive turned on the meter it read $3.75 not $3.00 which is the normal start fare, when I asked him about this he told me to get out of his cab at 6th and Hst. Nw. That I could not question him. I think the man was very rude and this is not the way to treat his passangers. Thank you in advance for you help with this situation.
