$500 Refund Denied Over One Missing Photo After 180-Day Wait (Second Report)

They advertise that for $500 they will sell your car and if they do not within 180 days they will refund your $500. This is not true. They will find a reason not to do this. After submitting 12 photos, I called to see if I had sent all that was necessary, and was told I had. 180 days later, I got a letter telling me that I failed to send a photo of the trunk area and that they would not be refunding my money. They will find a way to not send you a refund. They are a bunch of crooks. They legally steal your money. They need to be in jail.
