I was in the process of trying to ship a vehicle from Boston to Az. I had the unfortunate opportunity to see this company in action when the lady that bought my car last week contacted AAA Transporters to arrange pickup and delivery of my vehicle from AZ to CA. I should have known from this debacle that this company was a joke. They dont answer their phones, the "manager" Mike is never in the office, they promis and dont deliver. Everyday they say, oh we have a driver, ill call you back, and nothing happens. These people jerked me around for 10 days telling me that they had a driver in the works and that my fee for shipping was going to be $910. Then on day 11 after i was about ready to cancel i called again and they said they have a driver ready, but now its going to be $1150. So after 10 days of lies, and the run-around, they want to try and goose me for an extra $200. No thanks. I will never do business with this company and i recommend that no one do.
