I contacted Transport Relief, LLC on Saturday, August 17 to transport my vehicle from Florida to California. I was told tha driver was in my area and they would pick the vehicle that same day but they needed a depisit of $200.00 to secure the spot and the driver would be dispached right after. I provided the account information for the deposit. After waiting for a phone call from the driver I called them back to check on the status. I was then told that they would not have anyone to pick up the vehicle untill "maybe Tuesday or Wednesday" of the following week. I informed them that that was not what was agreed and to not charge my account or to refund my money. Raven, the manager told me that it was non-refundable. Do not trust this company. They a scam artists looking for a quick buck. I ended up hiring another company for my vehicle transport. I am suing Transport Relief, LLC for the $200.00 deposit/unauthorized charge. DO NOT TRUST this company.
