JFK Airport NYC Baggage Handlers

Our camera was taken from my baggage from the JFK handlers for Cathay Pacific. Occurs frequently. The label they include "Business-Class Concern Baggage" may as well state "Start this carrier and grab anything" to any extent further I'm not allowing them to placed on concern labels it tips them down to which bags to grab from.
