Ripoff, untrustworthy

Went to Lynch. Mitsu to purchase something new/used. Had a trade I owed $7500 on. They paid it off, got me financing. After 2 1/2 months, couldn't prove my income they said I'd had (which was approx. $8000 more a year than I made) and pulled the financing.
The Finance Manager Viet Luu showed up at my office with a salesman to take possession of the car that I'd had since August. They sold my trade, and informed me that I owed them $4000 for the difference. (My trade, according to them was only worth $3500)

To keep me content for the weekend, they put me in a vehicle that was a piece of garbage and left me stranded 5 times over the weekend. After getting a jump start on Monday morning, it died again at my office. I called the dealer to let them know I was stranded again. They sent a salesman out to jump start it and told me he'd follow me to the dealership.

Once I had gotten there, Viet informed me that I still owed them $4000 and I would be walking. I became rude and disrespectful to him and demanded that I be taken home (Appomattox). Once the salesman put me in the car that I had previously driven to take me home, the car died again at the top of the hill. No resolution has yet been made, but I have called the Congressman's office, Better Business Bureau, My lawyer and whomever else I can think of. This fight is far from over.

To top it all off, they hit my credit report so hard, I now have more than a handful of negative hits on my credit.
