Dear Firestone People,

Recently I made a mistake and put diesel fuel in my Honda Accord. The service station attendant said it was all right to drive with it.

Of course, a short way down the road the car began to make a strange noise, so I stopped and called AAA. They gave me 3 recommendations and fortunately we called your shop at 300 Elm Street, Manchester, NH. While we waited for them to evaluate what needed to be done and later, while we waited for them to sand blast the spark plugs, we heard a lot of what was going on in the shop.

We were impressed by the efficiency, patience and knowledge shown by the manager Kerry Flanagan. He was right on top of what needed to be done to my car, worked well with the men who did the repairs and gave good advice to people who came in for service. All while being super busy.
