Deliberate wrong item delivery

May, 14th I called Twisted Throttle LLC and inquired information about item # MOK. 32-27-295 GSG-Moto Axle Protector, Front (Yamaha FZ1, - #039;05). The female associate could not answer right away if the item arrives with the belonging plates as shown in the picture of webpage. She promised to call back after confirming internally. When she called couple hours later she confirmed that the item contains the plates and is actually a frame slider as shown in the picture. She also confirmed the selling price of $69.99 and delivery details. The lead time was 6 weeks because the part had to be ordered from Germany. Based on the confirmation I placed the order online under web order #71667. Few weeks later I received a shippment with a wrong item.instead of a frame slider I was sent an axle slider and this despite the verification of the associate that the pictured item is the one I am ordering. On June, 10th I called Twisted Throttle at 1:53 pm and another associate explained to me that although their information on the webpage is wrong and despite the verbal confirmation on the item I ordered, they can not replace the wrong item with the right one, because it has a different price. It is my clear determination that they have to cover for their mistake and deliver the frame sliders to me free of charge as a replacement for the wrong part, because they promised me a different product. On top of this I waited one month for a product I did not want.
