Taxi brutality on the streets of greater boston

Today at 5:40PM on Brookline Ave and Riverway Independent Cab, #515 crossed over from the right lane (that should go straight) into our lane (turning left into riverway) without signaling pushing his way almost crashing into the by-driver door where my wife was sitting. I have a new born and a 2 year old in the car, I was EXTRA cautious about how I drive so I did brake and let him in in-front of me. I used my horn to have his attention because he almost caused a serious accident in the middle of a very congested street at rush hour. I need to emphasize that the way he was brutally pushing his car into my lane was dangerous and completely out of order! Next thing that we know is that the driver stops next to my car and the next light, lowers his window and starts to scream profanities and demand that he was doing the right thing since it is s 2 lane turn to the left (which it is not! And that does not justify him pushing into my lane)! He accused us of being foreigners and terrorists and added some very unpleasant racial slurs. My wife is an american, she does have brown skin and was intensely offended by this behavior! NOT ONLY did he brutalize his way through traffic, he also righteously spat racial and accusative profanities at us. Is this what public service here in MA should be? Is this the face of Independent Taxi Operators Association? Is this at all OK with anyone who depends on the streets to be safe especially by professional drivers?
BTW, this is not the first time that an incident happened with Independent Cab drivers.
I would like it very much if you would respond to this complaint
