JDByrider Harassing references about my payment

I purchased my car through this company in April. For the first 6 months I paid on time but with loosing my job etc, I had a hard time paying on time. I never have gone more than 2 weeks late except once. They repossessed my car in the middle of the night and tore up my sisters yard. They dragged it 25 feet down hill in her grass. Although I do not pay on time I always pay usually only a week late.

With in one day of being late they are calling my mother who was a reference NOT a co-signer. They harass her 2-3 times a day. She has blocked their calls but she still gets their messages. I personally, being unemployed have no phone. I have no way of contacting them other than by email. My mother asked them to take her off the calling list and they did for about 2 weeks and then proceeded to call her again constantly. They refuse to contact me through email and will not respond. I asked them to email me a credit card form to put my new card on file which will allow me to pay them days earlier and I still have yet to receive that. Do they want their money or not? Its really ridiculous.

I believe his name is Jim Bartoli. He is a jerk. No compassion unless he gets paid. I've never NOT paid him. Unfortunately my pay period from unemployment has changed so I get paid in between payment dates. I live paycheck to paycheck. If they would change my payment dates Id be ontime. But they have nothing else better to do than harass people all day then try to make it a little easier on the payer and allow themselves to get paid on time. I can not wait till this car is paid. I will never recommend this company to anyone... in fact RUN THE OTHER WAY!!
