Ripoff default on contract of sale

I purchased a 2002 Ford Focus on 09/25/03 from koons ford of baltimore. A car in which the manager picked out that would fit the bank's criteria for the loan. On 10/20/03, I was sontacted by Zahid Shabbir, salesman, that my payments have been lowered.

I was told that I would be given the information when I come in. On 10/24/03, I was contacted by the same salesman and was asked to come in to the finance department.

Once I arrived, the keys was taken from me and I was told that the bank said that the car was $2900.00 too much for them to finance and they took back the loan and they found me another car to purchase.

I did not like the car not only for the way it looked and smelled inside but it also sounded bad when I started it up. I then refused to purchase it. I called my lawyer and he told them to either give me the car that I drove in there with to get my car back that I used as a trade-in.

They told my lawyer that my old car would be returned to me on Monday. During all this time to date, Koons has been trying to find other cars for me to purchase wihtout returning the corolla. My job is in jepordy and I am without a vehicle.

I feel as though I was taken advantage of and that I was mislead by Koons from the beginning and for them to take the car back for a $2900.00 difference is just wrong. I had the car for 29 days and they stripped me of what I thought was mine.
