Misrepresents Labor Warranty

Purchased a radiator from Auto Radiator Outlet - called them to ask how to claim the lifetime labor warranty I purchased, if needed. At the time of purchase I was told the warranty would cover all the labor. I was then informed that the warranty only covered a portion of the installation @ $35 per hour versus the $65 per hour paid. The lower reimbursement amount was never disclosed and the lower labor rate is not what they used to estimate my installation costs.

Later, I called three times posing as radiator purchaser interested in the "labor warranty". All of the salespeople said the labor was covered and none disclosed the true labor reimbursement rate during the calls - clearly a fraudulent misrepresentation of the labor warranty!!!
