Removed Coolant Clamp, Slowing Killing Ca

I got an oil change and my car overheated two days later. A coolant clamp had been moved. When I approached them, they claimed to have surveillance video proving they weren't responsible. They invited me to view it. When I showed up, it had mysteriously disappeared - it was permanently lost. They then sent me an email indicating that "After reviewing all facts about your claim of damage and what caused this condition Jiffy Lube is denying any and all liability."
Of course, they lost or destroyed the only facts they possibly had to deny this sort of liability.
Avoid these guys like the plague. They may mess up your car, and you'll be left with no recourse.
