Scammed me for $900 in her so called car she was selling on Craigslist. Dont buy into her lies

Last year in november, i came across an ad on craigslist about a car that this individual Summer Lynn was selling. We made arrangements for me to get the car the same week even though i gave her the money that same night i met her for the first time. The car was a little dusty so she told me she was going to get it detailed for me. So i was like yea because she seem really nice and she was having great conversation with my uncle who was with me that night. I withdrew $800 plus another $100 to continue insurance on the car that night just to secure the car i thought i was going to have that same week. But it never ended up that way. Sunday came and she came up with some excuse so i shook it off as something light. After emailing her back and forth, i was getting any replys back so thats when i became suspicious that it was a scam.

I just got tired of it and then asked back for my money in a kind way. She refused to mention anything about paying me back and up to this day i still havent got a dime back. She wrote out a whole bunch of paperwork to fool me that she was actually selling a car. It was tons of paperwork explaining my payment arrangements. It was the total opposite. I'm in school and i was working so hard to come up with some money to get a decent car. Long hours at work and school at the same time. This woman saw that i was really vulnerable so she took advantage of me and scammed me out for my money. I still dont have a car and the money back. Shes a liar, scammer, theif, and this woman is going to continue this if shes not stopped.By the way the car was a 2005 PT crusier convtbl is shes trying pull this scam again. I dont know what shes teaching her kids. Pitiful is all i can say. Im trying my best to stop her or report her but i dont know how to go about it.
