Smog Diagnostic 2000
Ripoff

I took my car trans am 1988 to a diagnostic shop. Got new a long-block engine. And all new parts, to go on the new engine. Over $5,000.00 dollars. To make a very long story short, here are some of high lights. Over 14 mons on going back and back. To get it fixed. I got a short-block engine. He killed my transmission by leaveing out 1 and 1/2 qts. Of transmission fuild.

Also didn't reline the transmission back up, and send me home. Put in a extra qts. Of motor oil in the motor. The catlyac converter i asked him to check it, because of the firsh engine that he put in was bad i want to make sure it was ok. He said he would pre-test of smog. He said that it passed. Well it didn't. He also cut open the frame of the car the trunk, a 10 by 18 inch hole then duck taped it closed. He said that he had to change the seals on both sides they were new. He said he didn't know why, but he changed about 4 other parts too. Well only one side got changed.

He said it would be two weeks to change the seals. It stayed for six weeks. And he knew i was finding rides to get to work. He would lie to me so many times, he said he wasn't the owner and he is. When i file with b.B.B. He also lied to her, but she knew it and said to get a lawyer and she would send her report to the lawyer.

The last visit to the shop is when he put the second engine in. When i got it home, i called aother shop just to do a diagnostic check on it, and said it was running bad. The other shop said i don't what is wrong but it will take hundreds of hours and dollars to find out. And he dosn't to do it. Before i said a word. I want my money back and the parts he killed about $9,000. Oo dollars.

The parts are a transmssion, catlyac converter, the main computer brain and the hole in my trunk fixed. We got the car to show it. I had to quit my job because no car. I got it back 3/3/03 and it still dosen't run. He also told me he would get away with not having to do any thing. I really want to nail him to the wall, i just need to how do it really well done.
