Ripoff Car Max does it again

I just bought my Corvette from CarMax in Laural, I'm sure I made a big mistake now. I payed $400.00 to have the car shipped here from their store in Georgia, no problem.

After taking delivery, and driving it for ONE day, there was a clacking sound when starting the car. I returned the car and was told by them they would take care of the problem. What a lie. CarMax has had my car for over 10 days and they still have not fixed the car.

The car has been in their shop all this time, as I pay for a car I can't drive. No one at the store or the other shop they finally sent the car to will address what the problem is or when I the service will be complete.

It is very apparent there was not "125 Point inspection" of this car. Car has stalled and delay at every turn. Speaking with the Asst. Manager, was a waste. Her attitude was if you don't like it leave. CarMax and it's parent company should be ashame of the way they treat it's customers.
