Did not sell all the parts needed then charged ridiculous amount for extra part

Opened a motorcycle reapair shop. I knew I needed a tire balancer for tires. I have traded with Snap-on for over 20 years spent thousands of dollars with them. So I found a balancer from my local dealer and had it shipped to me. I was having difficulty using the machine as it is computerized and I am old school dial in type user. Call for technical support, they informed me I was suppose to have training on it and gave me a number to call, called that guy and have never heard from him again.
I have been having trouble with balancing the larger tires that are coming out. Called tech support again, as the customer is standing there, they inform me it takes a drifferent size rod for the larger tires. This machine cost me over $3000.00, the rod that is needed cost over $600.00. I kid you not it is just a screw in longer rod. The dealer should have let me know it needed different size rods, if I had known it was going to cost $600.00 more dollars I could have just gone elswhere. The card has actually been charged $900.00 as there was no invoice with box it will be interesting to see what the extra charges are. I am sure it is something ridiculous for shipping.
I do not know if the dealer really did not know it took different size rods or they do not tell you knowing you will have to come back and by another one. Snap-On is not the company they use to be. They offer no CD for training in this machine and apparently no one to train you. We live in a rural area which we love, but are pretty much screwed when it comes to service or having a real dealer come see us So much for a weeks work of worth it all went to Snap-ON, they got us good.
