SNAP-ON Tool Company
They DONT Back Up Their Products

We (CHECKERED FLAG AUTO SALES) had purchased a ECO Xtreme Air Conditioning machine and for the 2nd year the compressor the AC machine failed.
SNAP-ON basically said we are out of luck the would not warranty the AC machine that has their logo on it.
We purchased all of our diagnostic equipment from them and I have purchased tools for the last 20yrs plus from them.

Even tho I have been a faithful customer for at least 20yrs and bought tool for my car dealerships they (SNAP-ON) doesnt care to help a long term customer. All I can say to you is find another company like MAC or MATCO even CRAFTMANS to purchase your tools from because they back their tool better than SNAP-ON. With the millions the make off the working man they should do what is right but instead they kick us to a side but still want our money. DO NOT TAKE FAITH in SNAP-ON they DO NOT BACK THEIR EQUIPMENT they just want your MONEY.

Here is a copy of the email I sent them: I had contacted your company about faulty equipment and all we got was the run around.

3 years ago Checkered Flag Auto Sales bought a ECO X treme Air Conditioning machine and now it has broken down every year.
Your company DOES NOT STAND BEHIND ITS EQUIPMENT and will not do NOTHING to help except pay for the service to have a new compressor installed, that is not acceptable at all.
For over 20 years we have purchased your products including diagnostic equipment and this is the way for our company to find another tool company to purchase our tools from since I have another 30 years in this business and you can count on two things for sure one is that I will not buy anymore of your tools that your company will not back up with garbage warranties and the second thing is that I will be on EVERY complaint site to post how your company does not help its customers and how SNAP-ON sells faulty products and that they ONLY last a few years.

Im so discussed with the way this is being handled and I have no problem broadcasting this. I know your company (SNAP-ON) does not care about a little place like ours and we are out of luck with your LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS.
I hope somebody reads what I am going to post on every complaint site I can find and I hope they think twice about buying any product from SNAP-ON or questions the warranty and finds out your company is no better than buying from MAC TOOL or MATCO or many of the other that service the working class tech.
