Shopping visit on 2-8

My son and I visited your store last night here in Pflugerville. We went in to get some shin guards for soccer.
But, ended up also buying some soccer cleats. There were no associates in the shoe dept. For help. It was like a ghost town as far as employees available. We did pass two that were visiting with each other on our way out, but they never even acknowledged us. The cashier, Chante had very little customer service skills! She did check the shoes to verify the size which was incorrect. There was no one in the shoe dept to find the correct one. Someone came along that she could ask and they seemed to handle locating a person. She just had no personality, wasn't friendly, didn't apologize for the wait, didn't say thank-you at the end of the sale, just pretty much shoved the shoes at us it seemed. I will NOT shop there again! And will share my comments with others!!
