This company is a scam don't fall for their false advertising

I was sent a letter through the mail stating that I won a a brand new car back in november from the motor vehicle / award registration department of distribution, regional office financial & property awards with a title certificate with the following information on it:
title no: 058750522561
make: Hyunadi
year: 2008
Model: accent
color: silver
previous title no/state: 23875428/HI
odometer: 000085
I was caught up in this because the letter states that this is no joke and that i have won. It siad to send them $20 required fee and i was 100% guaranteed to recieve my item. They lied. This is a scam. DO NOT FALL FOR IT AS I DID..
I'm a mother of three little children and i can not believe how companies take advantage of others in society they should be ashamed of what they are doing. I have kept the letter and the money order receipt that i mailed them for the required fee and i hope that by telling others about this SCAM that this company will be taken to court and that justice will beserved for all of us who were folled into sending them money.
