The following statements are my opinions only and are not neccesarily facts.

I think if your going to try and register and get one of these underpowered mini-bikes street legal, that it will largely depend on whether Kelly likes you or not and sends you an MSO for titleing.

After visiting the forum, I was quickly turned off by what I perceived to be a very loose dealer network.

For anyone who thinks they are going to ride this mini-bike on the road in a natural traffic situation, please be very careful, they are extremely underpowered and made in china with inferior materials and welds.

Its funny that Kelly remains to stay in business for now, but with the worst customer service I have ever seen, I don't expect it will last. I am actually surprised he has not had his teeth punched down his throat at one of the mini-bike shows or hardknock mini-bike runs they do.

I took the time to write this because it is a serious issue. Consumers definately need to know about this guy. He only cares about himself. There may be a handful of happy customers, but thats about it. I think If you check around enough you will find out there are alot of honest people that have gotten ripped off by Kelly and the numbers are growing!

Kelly can and does put people on a list where you will not be sold any parts if you don't kiss his ass properly. Its called the NSFY list. Come on, give me a break, what kind of company does this?

These so-called bobbers are really just pieces of junk and they break very easily. Made in China for about $400 each. You should stay clear of this unreputable man and his unethical business ways. For those who have already been taken for a ride, don't worry, there is a network of consumer fraud speacialist around the country and in California specifically and they are actively investigating Kikker and the Hardknock Forum.

Save your money and build or buy a real bobber with some real balls. Ride a real bike and not something that will get you laughed at or killed.

Remember, when you buy one of these things, you will have to replace many many parts to make it safe to ride. The tires almost always are out-of-round, the chain, battery, carb, cdi, axle adjusters, switches, and brake components are of bad chinese quality. You can only imagine the rest. But the dealers won't talk to much about that.

Also, they come with a black painted exhaust pipe, NOT chrome.
