I will really hesitate to fly with them now

Individuals at aircraft Orange simply keep restating the guidelines in the place of considering my grievances and trying to assist me out. The organization is altering their guidelines about factors expiring as of this moment and yet they believe it is appropriate that I dropped 99 factors whilst the acquisitions on my charge card didn't become factors quickly enough! No caution, no mail, no discussion, they attempt to blame Amex who blames Jet Blue.in my opinion that their present change in plan on factors display a number of other disappointed people. I'm really dissatisfied in Aircraft Blue who began like a business that cared about clients. I'll truly wait to travel together today when I am unsure how they handle clients. I'm happy for others that factors will not end!
