Their client ran out in front of my daughter on a busy highway, and my daughter honked and slammed on brakes, however, did not have sufficient time to avoid the collision. Their insured got a ticket for failure to yield. Geico accepted fault of the 3rd car that got hit, but only accepted 50% fault on totalling our car. They took their time talking to their insured and witnesses, used lies and insufficient evidence to make their decision, not facts. Supervisor would not return my call. Our car was totalled, now we have to wait to get a car until after arbitration with our insurance (since our insurance company says it's 100% Geico's client's fault, is not paying anything to them, and we don't have collision coverage) - or possibly until after we file in small claims court. And of course, they won't give us the amount (if paying 100%) that we would have to pay to replace our car.
