Honda Customer Relations - what a joke, Not helpful at all! I was inquiring if any other complaints about "checking" of black paint had been filed on the Civic. I was told that they wouldn't tell me, only that there hadn't been any Bulletins. When asked if I could watch for anything on the website - I was told they didn't have one!? I had also asked if there was anything I could do to stop it; they told me that they wouldn't know and that was up to the dealer to discuss with me. When I said the dealer had told me to call them, he said, "I don't know why they would do that, you need to talk with the dealer!"I was so unimpressed I told him how un-helpful he was and hung up. Now, I want to officially lodge a complaint and can't find anywhere online to do that. I quess they don't really want to hear it; but trust me, they will hear it!
