They failed inspection on a BRAND NEW AUTOMOBILE just to sell new tires at an OUTRAGEOUS price

I took in my 2009 Sportage for state inspection and they failed the tires then quoted $175 each for two new tires. A brand new Sportage with 20,000 miles on it. They should be arrested.
